Hi I'm Lucy. I'm a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in the UK. I also work online.

I help people with anxiety, weight, addictions, phobias, confidence and much more.

This site sells my audio recordings - the recordings I was making for my own personal use, until I realised other people might like them too.

They cost a lot less than a one-to-one session with me, and I think they are so good, I use them myself!

Prices are really low while I build up the library, so don't hesitate, you have very little to lose!
